Regular meetings of the Kalamazoo Rotary Club take place each Monday at Noon. If that Monday is a state or national holiday no meeting is scheduled. Dates where no meeting is scheduled are posted on in the "Upcoming Speakers" section on our home page.

Our normal meeting place is the Radisson Plaza Hotel, at the corner of West Michigan Avenue and Rose St. in downtown (100 West Michigan Avenue) Kalamazoo. Occasionally, meetings are held at other locations; these events are noted on the Club home page as a prominently positioned announcement, and on this page.

Although the official time is noted as 12:00, the doors open at about 11:30. If you have several guests or some other exceptional condition, you may wish to plan on arriving a few minutes before noon. There is off-street parking to the west, on the other side of Rose St., in a multi-level parking deck, connected to the Radisson by an above-street bridge across Park St.
